Job summary

Luxoft Poland is building a Cloud Observability platform for a market-leading, large Germany-based company serving 440,000 customers worldwide.

The role demands deep cloud-native experience, Kubernetes/OpenSearch/OpenTelemetry, and strong Python/Go development with robust CI/CD and cross-team Agile collaboration.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of software engineering experience with at least 3 years in a technical leadership role.
• Deep expertise in Kubernetes orchestration, OpenSearch/ElasticSearch, OpenTelemetry, AI/ML.
• Strong proficiency in Python and/or GoLang.
• Proven experience managing cross-team technical dependencies in Agile environments.
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, ArgoCD, Jenkins).
• Experience with cloud-native architectures across AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Strong understanding of security practices including SIEM, mTLS, OIDC/JWT.
• Experience with AI/ML and Generative AI / LLM integration.
• Knowledge of agent-based systems (A2A, MCP protocols).
• Experience with enterprise platform integration (BTP or similar).
• Knowledge of Istio service mesh and Gardener cluster lifecycle management.
• Familiarity with Open Service Broker / Cloud Broker APIs.
