What Does a TEAM MEMBER do?

• Serves our sizzling burgers to hungry customers.
• Welcomes the customer, takes accurate orders, and manages their payments operating a cash register.
• Maintains cleanliness in restrooms, dining area, and kitchen, meeting safety and health standards.

Our stores get flaming busy! Our Team Members need to work as a team in a fast-paced environment to keep our guests happy and full. Your responsibilities include packaging food and drinks, and ensuring the restaurant is clean and maintains health and safety standards.

We always want our customers to be happy, so you may have to answer questions or resolve issues occasionally.

• You must be at least 16 years old.

The Team Member position requires physical demands including:

• Remaining on your feet for several hours.
• Lifting and carrying up to 25 pounds.
