Job summary

Greene King operates Hungry Horse pubs and seeks a Team Leader to set the standard on a busy shift, ensuring the team has what they need and customers stay happy. You’ll deputise for management, coordinate a busy team, and keep the bar safe, legal, and welcoming for all.

You’ll join a company with strong apprenticeship programs, extensive discount schemes, wellbeing support, and a focus on inclusion. Your role supports community pubs and family-friendly spaces.

Qualifications

• Provide customers with a heartfelt and memorable experience on every visit.
• Capable of deputising for the management team and resolving issues.
• Organise and coordinate the team during busy shifts to ensure smooth operations.
• Maintain bar safety, legality, and cleanliness, addressing issues promptly.
• Strong English communication and allergen controls understanding.
