Job summary

Chick-fil-A Ashley Crossing and Chick-fil-A Bees Ferry in West Ashley, SC, are seeking a Team Leader to run shifts and guide a fast-paced crew with integrity. You\'ll learn a position, get certified, and lead with real authority to maintain high standards in food and service.

You\'ll deploy the team across drive-thru, front counter, or kitchen, coach teammates on the floor, and ensure safety and quality while delivering outstanding guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Evening and weekend availability.
• Leadership experience is preferred but not required.
• Willing to train and certify in one area and lead shifts.

Team Leaders run shifts at Chick-fil-A. You'll set the pace, deploy the team across positions, hold the standard on food and service, and be the person everyone looks to when it gets busy. It's a real leadership job with real authority.

HOW YOU'LL GET THERE

First, learn a position properly. You'll train and get certified in one area of the restaurant - drive-thru, front counter, or kitchen - and run it to our standard. Short, focused, and hands-on, not a tour.

Then, operations management training. Food safety and quality, kitchen and front-counter execution, managerial tasks, our POS and systems, and how a shift actually gets run. You'll finish certified as a Team Leader, cleared to lead shifts on your own.

WHAT YOU'LL DO ONCE YOU'RE LEADING

Run shifts. Deploy the team across positions. Hold food safety and food quality standards. Coach team members in the moment, kindly and directly. Solve whatever's in front of you and keep the shift moving.

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• You hold a high standard for your own work

• Prior leadership experience helps, but it isn't required

PAY AND SCHEDULE

• $17.00-$20.00 per hour, based on experience
• Full-time or part-time - we'll build around what you can give us
• Closed Sundays - always
• We build schedules around class, family, and other commitments. Tell us what you need and we'll work with it.

REQUIREMENTS

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Some evening and weekend availability. We staff the restaurant from 5:00am to 11:00pm, Monday through Saturday.
