Chick-fil-A Ashley Crossing and Chick-fil-A Bees Ferry in Charleston, SC, invite driven individuals to join a nine-month Leadership Development Program. You’ll train in front-of-house and back-of-house operations, run shifts to standard, and complete Cornerstone, our leadership curriculum, to prepare you for future leadership roles.

• Proven leadership experience in any setting (restaurant, retail, military, athletics, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Learn every restaurant position and run shifts to our standard.

• Complete Cornerstone leadership curriculum and reflect on learning.
• Move from Team Member to Team Leader to Coordinator as you grow.
