Job summary

Chick-fil-A Center in United States is seeking a Team Leader to drive crave-able food quality, coach team members, and uphold Chick-fil-A standards in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

You will lead daily operations, train and recognize top performers, ensure exceptional guest service, maintain food safety, and manage inventory and maintenance on a set schedule while fostering teamwork and LEAN practices.

The Team Leader is responsible for

• Always delivering crave-able food, in a timely manner, that meets or exceeds Chick-fil-A Quality Requirements
• Coaching the behaviors of all Team Members.

• Attention to detail that ensures preparation and production procedures are followed

As a Restaurant Leader you will:

• Demonstrate a passion for the business and managing the overall operations

Additional Responsibilities:

• Inventory management
• End-of-Month counts and input
• Effective & efficient ordering
• Maintaining a LEAN production environment
• Coaching, evaluating, and providing accountability for all Team Members
• Ensure all necessary preventative maintenance and cleaning on a per set schedule.
