Jay Group is seeking a Team Lead for the Weekend Plus shift at our Corporate Headquarters in Lancaster, PA. The role leads a warehouse team Thursday through Sunday, coordinating tasks, monitoring performance, and ensuring safe, efficient operations within a Warehouse Management System.

The position emphasizes training, coaching, and process improvements, with overtime as needed. Bilingual Spanish is preferred, and prior warehouse/distribution experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assigns tasks to team members to optimize productivity.
• Monitors productivity and coaches underperformers.
• Audits quality and provides feedback.
• Assists Supervisor with documentation, job set ups and paperwork.
• Maintaining high standards for professional conduct.
• Onboarding and Training new hires.
• Giving feedback as necessary for productivity, attendance, or workplace conduct.
• Listening to feedback and resolve issues from your team, escalating as necessary.
• Promoting a safe and motivating workplace.
• Completing tasks in a Warehouse Management System (WMS) including printing orders, researching orders, end of day processing for manifesting and invoicing.

Must be able to lift and carry/move up to 50 lbs.7. Previous experience using WMS (Warehouse Management System) preferred, but not required.8. Must be available to work overtime as required.9.
