The Jay Group Inc in East Hempfield Township, PA is seeking a Team Lead to motivate a shift, communicate requirements, and supervise safe practices. The role involves training new hires, coaching staff, and ensuring accurate order processing in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Schedule is Thursday–Sunday 6:00am–4:30pm with overtime as needed, and a comprehensive benefits package is offered. Strong leadership, communication, and willingness to work overtime are essential.

Responsabilidades

• Assigns tasks to team members to optimize productivity.
• Monitors team productivity and coaches underperformers.
• Audits quality of work and provides feedback.

• Addresses productivity, attendance, or conduct issues.
• Maintains safe and motivating workplace.
• Completes tasks in Warehouse Management System (WMS) including printing orders and invoicing.

For more details about the position see below.Schedule: Thursday- Sunday 6:00am-4:30pm (OT will be required based on business need)Wknd Plus Shift Team Lead Job ResponsibilitiesAssigns tasks to team members to optimize productivityMonitors the productivity of your team members, sharing numbers daily and coaching underperformersAuditing the quality of work performed by your team members and giving feedback as necessaryAssists Supervisor with documentation, job set ups and paperworkMaintaining high standards for professional conductOnboarding and Training new hiresGiving feedback as necessary for productivity, attendance, or workplace conductListening to feedback and resolve issues from your team, escalating as necessaryPromoting a safe and motivating workplace and atmosphereCompleting required tasks in a Warehouse Management System (WMS).
