Complete Property Restoration (CPR) – Spring/Conroe, TX is seeking a Restoration Technician to respond to water, fire and mold emergencies across North Houston. You’ll work with our small, growing team, learn IICRC standards, and grow into lead tech or project management as we gain certifications.

Starting pay is $22.50–$26.50 per hour, with a guaranteed minimum of 30 hours, callout pay, quarterly bonus, and company vehicle. Training and certifications are paid for.

Qualifications

• Reliable, on time, and willing to work hard.
• Comfortable with physical work: lifting 50+ lbs, crawlspaces, attics, heat.
• Willing to join the on-call rotation for emergencies.
• Valid Texas driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Able to pass a background check and drug screen.
• Able to wear a respirator (we provide fit testing).

Responsibilities

• Respond to water, fire, and mold emergencies across North Houston.
• Extract water, set and monitor drying equipment, and take moisture readings.
• Remove damaged drywall, flooring, and materials.
• Perform mold remediation and fire/smoke cleanup following IICRC standards.
• Help with rebuild work like drywall and flooring.
• Photograph and document every job.
• Treat homeowners right on what is usually one of their worst days.

Restoration Technician – Water, Fire & Mold $22.50 to $26.50/hr + Callout Pay + Quarterly Bonus

Complete Property Restoration (CPR) – Spring/Conroe, TX

When a pipe bursts at 2 a.m., we’re the ones who show up. CPR is a locally owned water, fire, and mold restoration company serving North Houston. We’re IICRC Certified, TDLR licensed for mold remediation, and EPA Lead-Safe Certified. We’re a small, growing team, which means you work directly with the owners, learn fast, and grow with the company.

No restoration experience? That’s okay.

If you’ve worked construction, flooring, drywall, carpet cleaning, plumbing, or any hands‑on trade, we’ll train you on the rest. (We pay for your IICRC certifications.)
