Job summary

Rainbow Restoration of The Woodlands is hiring an Entry Level Restoration Technician to respond to water, fire, smoke, and mold jobs, perform water extraction, set and monitor drying equipment, and guide customers through the scope of work.

No prior restoration experience is required—we train you. This on-site, physical role includes being on-call and sometimes long days, but you’ll be part of a team that values respect, integrity, customer focus, and having fun in the process.

Qualifications

• A valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
• Able to lift and move up to 100 lbs and be on your feet.
• Reliable, self-motivated, and comfortable in a fast-moving day.
• Solid communication with customers and teammates.
• Basic computer skills.

Entry Level Restoration Technician

When a home or business floods, burns, or takes storm damage, we're who they call. As a Restoration Technician, you're the person on-site making a bad day better — extracting water, setting equipment, and getting people back to normal.

No restoration experience? That's fine. We'll train you. We're hiring for work ethic and attitude — the technical skills we can teach.
