Responsibilities

In this role as a Team Lead (m/f/d) in project management for grid access projects, you will coordinate, prioritize, and lead the team. You will review project status and portfolio data to ensure transparency and identify risks. You will collaborate closely with Technical Project Managers to support structured decision-making and enforce governance, processes and responsibilities. You will work with stakeholders to clarify priorities, address escalations, and enable the team to focus on effective project implementation. You will support recruitment activities including reviewing applications, conducting interviews, and facilitating onboarding. You will participate in meetings, conduct performance reviews and provide consolidated updates to management.

Requirements

• Academic qualification through a Master's degree, preferably in Electrical Engineering or a comparable field
• Extensive professional experience of approximately 10 years in leading project management teams and implementing EPC projects
• Sound industry knowledge in the field of transmission technology with a solid understanding of the business context surrounding high-voltage technology
• Strong leadership and people management skills, ideally in an international and intercultural environment, including experience in employee administration as well as recruitment and hiring processes
• High methodological and social competence in the areas of feedback culture, customer focus, change management, analysis, problem-solving, and collaboration
