Job summary

Telecare Corporation seeks a Team Lead - Unlicensed in Mental Health to supervise multidisciplinary teams and coordinate services under the Clinical Director. This on-site, full-time role requires on-call rotation and driving to meet client needs per protocol.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree plus one year in a mental health setting.
• One year supervisory experience or supervisory training within six months.
• Licensed eligible or waivered MH professional per state board.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• CPR, CPI and First Aid certification required by employment date or within 60 days.
• Valid driver’s license and personal vehicle insurance in your name.
• Willingness to use personal vehicle for client transport; mileage reimbursed weekly.
• Post-offer physical, TB test, background checks and license verification required.

What You Will Do to Change Lives

Under direct supervision of the Clinical Director/Administrator, this entry-level management position supervises multidisciplinary teams, coordinates service needs, and collaborates with other services and agencies. Fulfills appropriate level of services for new members served as outlined in the essential functions. Employees in this role are required to participate in a structured on-call rotation, remaining accessible and prepared to respond to work-related needs within a designated timeframe. Rotations are scheduled in advance. While on-call, employees must actively monitor communications (e.g., phone, email) and respond in accordance with operational protocols.

Shifts Available:

Monday-Friday 8:30am-5:00pm

Expected starting wage range is $76,640.99 - $94,601.94.

Telecare applies geographic differentials to its pay ranges. The pay range assigned to this role will be based on the geographic location from which the role is performed. Starting pay is commensurate with relevant experience above the minimum requirements.

What You Bring to the Table (Must Have)

• Master’s Degree and one (1) year of experience in mental health setting
• One (1) year supervisory experience required or supervisory training within six (6) months of employment
• Licensed eligible or waivered mental health professional as confirmed by State regulatory/licensing board (e.g., ASW, IMFT, or PCCI)
• Sensitivity to multi-cultural populations and issues
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Must be CPR, Crisis Prevention Institute (CPI), and First Aid certified on date of employment or within 60 days of employment and maintain current certification throughout employment
• Valid and current driver’s license, and personal vehicle insurance with your name listed as a driver.
• Willingness to use your personal vehicle to drive clients to appointments and groups, etc.(weekly mileage reimbursement at the IRS rate)
• Willingness to use your personal vehicle to attend meetings, etc. (weekly mileage reimbursement at the IRS rate)
• All opportunities at Telecare are contingent upon successful completion and receipt of acceptable results of the applicable post-offer physical examination, 2-step PPD test for tuberculosis, acceptable criminal background clearances, excluded party sanctions, and degree or license verification. If the position requires driving, valid driver’s license, a motor vehicle clearance and proof of auto insurance is required at time of employment and must be maintained throughout employment.
