Position SummaryThe Team Lead will be responsible for assisting the Departments Supervisor with continuous workflow and ensuring employees are performing work safely and accurately. The Team Lead assists in training new and existing employees in job duties and coaches team members on achieving goals and developing necessary skills that drive results.
