Job summary

ORW USA INC is seeking a dependable Warehouse Lead to supervise daily operations, coordinate shipping/receiving, and maintain inventory accuracy. This hands-on role requires safety-minded leadership and a focus on timely customer deliveries.

You will train staff, assign tasks, operate forklifts and RF scanners, and use FedEx Manager or UPS WorldShip to manage shipments. A high school diploma and forklift certification are preferred; prior supervisory experience is desired.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required or preferred.
  • Leadership and prior supervisory experience preferred.
  • Experience in warehouse, logistics, or distribution.
  • Forklift certification or willingness to obtain is a plus.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly, up to 100 lbs with team.
  • Experience using RF scanners and shipping software preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and support day-to-day warehouse operations to ensure productivity and workflow efficiency.
  • Train and coach associates on procedures, safety standards, and performance expectations.
  • Oversee shipping, receiving, storage, inventory control, and order fulfillment processes.
  • Load and unload shipments, and assist in coordinating deliveries and logistics schedules.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and perform routine stock checks and audits.
  • Safely operate forklifts and pallet jacks and use warehouse software for tracking.
