Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Over 3 years related experience.
• Basic computer experience with MS Word, MS Excel, Outlook, AS400 or similar system.

Responsibilities

• Lead and direct manufacturing teams.
• Conduct daily board (huddle) meetings.
• Ensure safety, quality, delivery, and cost targets.
• Implement lean methods and Kaizen processes.
• Coordinate material scheduling and 6S practices.
• Maintain cross-functional training matrix.
