Job summary

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of relevant experience.
• Associate's Degree or equivalent preferred.
• Able to walk/stand for long periods, lift 25-50 pounds, and move merchandise using proper equipment.
• Basic computer skills, including creating and saving text documents and sending emails.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Receive, price, and stock merchandise to meet customer needs and drive sales and profits.
• Assist Team Members with completing the work within the store.
• Provide training and ongoing compliance education to team members.
• Serve as leader on duty, responding to customer and team concerns in the absence of the Store Manager, and oversee opening/closing and store safety.
