Job summary

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of relevant experience.
• Able to consistently walk and stand, lift 25-50 pounds, and move merchandise using proper equipment.
• Basic computer skills, including creating and saving text documents and sending emails.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager with opening/closing and ensuring safety of people and property.
• Act as leader on duty, responding to customer and team member concerns in the absence of the Store Manager.
• Ensure all team members receive training and education, including ongoing compliance training.
