Job summary

Follett Corporation is seeking a Team Lead in Fullerton, California, to support store operations by working closely with the Department Manager(s) or Store Manager. This role includes receiving, pricing, and stocking merchandise while ensuring that all team members receive proper training.

The ideal candidate should have 1-3 years of relevant experience and be able to physically manage merchandise. This position requires a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends, to meet the needs of the store.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of relevant experience.
• Able to consistently walk and stand, lift 25-50 pounds, and move merchandise using proper equipment.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evening and weekend hours.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with the Department Manager(s) or Store Manager.
• Assist Team Members with completing the work within the store.
• Acts as leader on duty, responding to customer and team member concerns.
