Job summary

Follett Higher Education seeks a Team Lead to work closely with Department Managers to receive, price, and stock merchandise to meet customers' needs and drive sales. The role also supports team members with completing tasks and ensures ongoing compliance training.

As leader on duty, you will handle customer and staff concerns in the Store Manager's absence, and help open/close the store while maintaining safety and security of staff and merchandise.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of relevant experience.
• Associate's Degree or equivalent preferred.
• Able to lift 25-50 pounds and move merchandise using proper equipment.
• Basic computer skills, including creating documents and emails.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Receive, price, and stock merchandise to meet store needs.
• Assist Team Members with completing work.
• Act as leader on duty, responding to customer and team member concerns in the absence of the Store Manager, opening and closing the store, and ensuring safety.
