As the SDR Team Lead, you play a pivotal role in developing talent, sharpening our messaging, and supporting the pipeline engine that fuels our business.
Our Sales Development team is the front line of our go‑to‑market strategy. The Team Lead helps ensure every SDR is enabled, supported, and equipped to perform at the highest level. You’ll guide new hires, strengthen the team’s outreach quality, and provide strategic insight to help the team hit their goals.

Level Access uses artificial intelligence (AI) tools to support and enhance our recruitment and hiring processes. This is a full time position. The annual base salary hiring range for this position is [$56,000 - $68,000] for employees located in the United States. The salary range reflects expected base pay for this role at the time of posting. The compensation package offered will be determined by factors such as demonstrated experience, skills, and internal equity. Expected base pay hiring ranges for candidates outside of the United States will be reviewed during the interview process, if selected. This position is eligible for incentive compensation in the form of a commission plan.
