Motive is seeking a Senior Sales Recruiter to build and scale our sales organization. You will own full-cycle recruiting for multiple sales and business-critical roles, from intake through offer and close.
You will partner with hiring managers and leaders to define priorities, calibrate candidate profiles, and align on search strategy, while building pipelines of passive candidates and using data to drive process improvements and inclusive hiring practices.

Motive is looking for a Senior Sales Recruiter to help build and scale strong teams across our sales organization. You will own searches of diverse scope, shape recruiting strategy, and serve as a trusted advisor to hiring managers and cross-functional partners. You will report into the Director, Sales Recruiting. This role is well suited for someone who brings deep recruiting expertise, sound business judgment, and a commitment to improving candidate and stakeholder experiences.

The base compensation range for this role is:
$118,000 - $163,000 USD
