Job summary

Environmental Air Systems in Browns Summit, NC, is seeking a Component Team Member to assemble modular wall systems and related components. You will set up and operate fabrication equipment, read blueprints, and install architectural walls and ductwork on site, with a focus on safety, precision, and teamwork.

The role requires experience with equipment setup, blueprint interpretation, and working in a manufacturing or construction setting.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in equipment setup, blueprint reading and architectural walls.
• Experience in manufacturing or construction environments required.
• Comfort with using hand and power tools and welding equipment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and set up machinery for manufacturing processes.
• Ensure equipment is safe and in proper working order.
• Maintain and troubleshoot machinery as needed.
• Interpret blueprints to fabricate and assemble wall components.
• Assemble and install architectural wall systems per project specs.
• Ensure precise measurements and alignment of wall components.

As a member of our component team, you will play a crucial role in producing and assembling key modular mechanical components that meet our quality standards.
