Mercy Medical Center, part of Trinity Health Of New England, is seeking a Respiratory Therapist with supervisory responsibilities to help lead our Respiratory team on the 12‑hour night shift. Responsibilities include clinical and general supervision of respiratory therapy and BG Lab operations, serving as the key liaison when the manager is not present, and participating in hiring, orientation, and training of staff.
Requires RRT, MA license, and extensive leadership experience.

Pay Range: $34-52/hr
Pay is based on experience, skills, and education. Exempt positions under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) will be paid within the base salary equivalent of the stated hourly rates. The pay range may also vary within the stated range based on location.
