Job summary

Qcells North America is seeking a Team Leader for Reliability & Failure Analysis to drive the module reliability program. You will own test strategy, oversee the failure analysis lab, and run the global field test bed program while coordinating with development, manufacturing, and global teams.

You will lead a team, define KPIs, and translate findings into design and process improvements. Domestic and international travel may be required to field sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering field (Materials, Chemical, Electrical/Electronic) or related science.
• Minimum of 8 years in reliability engineering, failure analysis, or quality roles.
• Reliability experience with solar modules or equivalent industry.
• Experience with solar module reliability testing and standards.

Responsibilities

• Define and operate the reliability test strategy for solar modules.
• Set up and manage the failure analysis laboratory and its equipment.
• Lead root cause analysis of field and in-house failures.
• Develop and monitor global field test bed programs and degradation research.
• Prepare reliability reports for management and stakeholders.
