The role focuses on managing testing schedules, quality control of IEC-standard tests, and training and hiring technicians for the lab. Collaboration with global teams is essential for timely results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in science/engineering field required.
• 3+ years of laboratory experience, preferably in a management capacity.
• Ability to manage multiple projects across global teams.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel for lab data management (pivot tables, data validation, automated reporting).
• Excellent problem solving and analytical skills.
• Driven team player focused on achieving goals.

Responsibilities

• Manage the module testing lab (MTL) schedule for testing and inform stakeholders of status and timelines.
• Create detailed schedules for experiments with end times based on priority, climate chamber availability, and time remaining on tests.
• Maintain a full daily work schedule and climate chamber availability for all test sequences.
• Ensure tests are performed to IEC standards and troubleshoot process issues in testing.
• Coordinate the hire and management of all technicians within the lab.
• Manage and archive experiment report Excel files with version control and data integrity.
• Experience in material evaluation and qualification testing.
• Conduct failure analysis and drive process improvement.
