Red Valve is seeking a Team Leader in the finishing department to assist the Supervisor and Quality Manager in meeting daily goals with emphasis on safety and quality. The role follows defined methods and safety practices while supporting continuous improvement initiatives.
The ideal candidate will train new employees, manage workload, analyze failures, and ensure audits and quality checks are completed accurately.

A Red Valve Team Leader will assist the Supervisor and Quality Manager by leading the finishing team to ensure that daily goals are met with the highest regard for safety and quality. This role works with clearly defined methods and tasks, follows established safety/environmental practices and regulations.
This position does not have any supervisory responsibilities.
High school diploma or GED; or at least two years of related manufacturing experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience with an emphasis in manufacturing.
No travel required.
Regularly required to sit, stand, walk, use hands to handle and feel, reach with hands and arms, talk and hear. May occasionally need to crouch. May occasionally lift items as heavy as 50 lbs. Specific vision abilities may include the employee’s ability to see near and far distances.
