Qualifications

• Leadership experience evidenced by supervisory roles
• Minimum 2+ years of experience in relevant field
• Legal authorization to work in the United States; no visa sponsorship required now or in the future

Responsibilities

• Hold team members accountable for service and relationship management
• Provide coaching and support for career growth
• Oversee team performance against daily, weekly, monthly and annual targets
• Coordinate team meetings, compliance training and performance reviews
• Support RMs in meeting KPIs and referral goals
• Develop strategies to improve end-to-end client experience
• Recruit, develop and retain key talent
• Set and manage attendance, performance metrics and service quality
• Collaborate with stakeholders to drive goal attainment
