Job summary

Vitalant is seeking a Lead Mobile Phlebotomist to support donor care teams and lead phlebotomy operations at mobile blood drives and fixed centers in Brisbane, CA. You will coach staff, ensure smooth donor experiences, and drive high-quality phlebotomy services.

The role requires leadership, phlebotomy expertise, and a commitment to saving lives in the community. CDL and driving responsibilities are included; travel to drive sites is possible.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Phlebotomy certification/experience preferred.
• Strong customer service and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead Donor Care Technicians and oversee phlebotomy processes.
