Quanex is looking for a Team Lead - Paint - 1st Shift to join our team located in Owatonna, Minnesota.

The Team Lead is the change agent within the department and as such must have the ability to cooperatively develop, communicate, implement, audit and enforce standard work at every operation within the department.

Shift Hours: Monday – Thursday, 5am -3:30pm.

What You Bring:

The starting hourly range for this position is $21.00 to $24.00, with increased pay opportunities after successful completion of team lead certification program.
