Quanex is seeking a Team Lead – 1st Shift for its on-site operations in St. Cloud, Minnesota. You will guide the sanding, packaging, and shipping teams, drive process improvements, and uphold safety and quality standards in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

The role requires 3–5 years of manufacturing experience and 1+ years of training or leading others, with a high school diploma or equivalent. Competitive hourly pay and benefits apply.

Quanex is looking for aTeam Lead – 1stShift to join our team located onsite in St. Cloud, Minnesota.

Salary: $23.50-28.50 per hour, pay based on experience

Schedule: Monday- Friday, 6:00-2:30 PM, overtime may be required based on business needs.

Overtime Schedule:Monday-Friday, 6:00am-4:30pm, Saturdays if business needs require.

What Success Looks Like:

• Leads and promotes a culture of safety first.
• Must be qualified to coordinate and lead the implementation of improvements within their department.
• Conduct regular 5S audits to ensure the department has all the required tools and is being maintained according to the 5S principles.
• Understands quality expectations and works with all team members to ensure quality procedures are being followed and standard work is being followed.
• Must be flexible with hours across all shifts to train and coach.
