Job summary

All Weather Insulated Panels (AWIP) in East Stroudsburg, PA, seeks a seasoned production lead to guide daily operations on insulated metal panels. You will direct the production line, ensure QC and safety standards, and manage shift changes and training.

The role emphasizes cross-training, collaboration with Maintenance, and proactive problem-solving to sustain top-quality output in a fast-paced plant environment.

Qualifications

• Moderate computer skills (email and daily apps).
• Ability to build professional internal relationships.

Responsibilities

• Provide direction to the production line to maintain continuous quality production of insulated metal panels.
• Oversee all stations and ensure QC logs and safety rules are followed.
• Coordinate with Production Supervisor on schedules and BOM checks.
• Coach and mentor employees; document training and performance.
• Ensure safety and compliance; monitor equipment and changeovers.
• Collaborate with Maintenance to improve plant performance.
