Integral Care is seeking a Mental Health Licensed Therapist for the Community Based Crisis team. This role focuses on transitioning individuals to LOC-5 services, with responsibilities in diagnosis, psychotherapy, and case management in a community setting.

The position requires travel to clients and flexible hours, with a trauma-informed approach to care. Ideal candidates hold LPC/LCSW/LMFT and a Master's in a related field, and have crisis intervention experience.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Human/Behavioral/Social Services or related field.
• LPC, LCSW, or LMFT license.
• Current and valid driver's license with clean driving record.
• Experience in crisis intervention, case management, or community health preferred.
• Ability to work in field-based settings and travel to clients as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive support to individuals transitioning from crisis stabilization to ongoing services.
• Diagnose, provide psychotherapy, and conduct case management.
• Deliver living skills training in a community-based setting.
• Maintain trauma-informed practices within the workplace.
• Be flexible with work schedule and travel as required.
