Job summary

Alliance Laundry Systems is seeking a Team Lead in Ripon, WI to guide a group of 8-12 operators on 1st-3rd shifts with possible overtime. You will train new hires, run pre-shift safety and production briefings, and ensure PPE compliance while driving continuous improvement and KPI alignment using SAP.

Ideal candidates bring prior leadership experience, strong communication, and a servant leadership mindset.
