Job summary

Cirtec Medical in Wisconsin seeks a Production Operator/Supervisor to assist in managing labor, materials and schedules on the shop floor. You will coach employees and monitor production metrics to ensure high performance and quality.

Responsibilities include performing secondary operations, maintaining safety and cleanliness, and ensuring proper documentation and material transactions. English is required, with 2–4 years of related experience and basic computer skills.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 2–4 years of related experience.
  • Reading, writing and speaking English required.
  • Basic math: ability to add and subtract five-digit numbers.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ability to learn IQMS manufacturing software.

  • Act as back-up to Production Supervisor.
  • Support teams to reach 100% of monthly shipping and quality goals.

Position Summary

Observing and monitoring the optimal deployment of labor, material, and time to meet production schedules.

Key Responsibilities
  • Observes and assists employees through ongoing coaching and feedback methods.

  • Perform secondary operations as requested.
  • Reports any barriers that may jeopardize Safety, Quality and/or Production.
  • Troubleshoot equipment as necessary to meet expectations.
  • Provide breaks, if necessary, to accommodate employee breaks.
  • Maintain shop floor standards, cleanliness, and operational readiness.
  • Ensuring accurate material transactions and documentation.
  • Understand IQMS material scans and inventory transactions.
  • Acts as back up to Production Supervisor
  • Responsible for supporting teams in reaching 100% of their monthly shipping and quality goals, as well as ensuring overall team success.
Must Have

High school diploma or equivalent.

  • Two (2) to four (4) years of related experience and/or training.
  • Must be able to read, write and speak English
  • Ability to add and subtract five (5) digit numbers.
  • Ability to understand and carry out detailed written or oral instructions.
  • Basic computer knowledge including Microsoft Office (outlook and Excel) and ability to learn IQMS manufacturing software.
  • Regularly lift and/or move up to 10 lbs., frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.

Salary Range: $23.65 - $31.47/ hour
