Job summary

Cirtec Medical in Minnesota is seeking a Team Lead to motivate the production team, meet monthly production and quality goals, and provide timely, informative communications across shifts.

You will review schedules with supervision, identify training needs, ensure proper documentation, and collaborate with Management, Engineering and Quality to resolve issues and implement improvements. Shift: Monday-Thursday 3:45pm-2:15am.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in a progressive manufacturing environment.
  • Fluent English (reading, writing and speaking).

Responsibilities

  • Assesses risks and seeks appropriate assistance from Production Manager/Supervisor.
  • Ensures safety guidelines are understood and followed at all times.
  • Resolves production problems and documents issues for discussion in meetings with Management, Engineering and Quality.
  • Recommends operational changes to Production Manager/Supervisor.
  • Identifies training and cross-training needs and ensures completion of training records for work cell.
  • Review schedule with supervisor and work towards meeting shipment dates-while ensuring quality standards are being maintained.

Position Summary

The team lead is primarily responsible to motivate the team to meet production, quality goals, and objectives. Provide complete, timely, and informative communication to all shifts. Ensure that Production Control schedule is followed and contribute to all teams achieving monthly production schedules and quality goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assesses risks and seeks appropriate assistance from Production Manager/Supervisor.

Must Have
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in a progressive manufacturing environment.
  • Be able to read, write and speak fluent English.
Good To Have
  • Prior experience in a Contract Manufacturing Operation (CMO).
  • Relevant experience in leading team performance and regulatory compliance.

Shift: Monday-Thursday 3:45pm-2:15am

Salary Range: $25-30 hourly, plus $2 shift differential, based on experience and qualifications
