Cirtec Medical in Santa Clara is seeking a dedicated individual to lead a team in achieving R&D production and quality goals. In this role, you will motivate and manage the team to meet R&D objectives while ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or GED and at least 5 years of experience in manufacturing. You will play a crucial role in team training and operational improvements, contributing to a culture of continuous growth and innovation.

We specialize in providing comprehensive solutions for Class II and III devices, from design and development to precision components and finished device assembly. Our expertise spans neuromodulation, implantable drug delivery, cardiac rhythm management, structural heart, mechanical circulatory support, and minimally invasive surgical systems.

This position is primarily responsible to motivate the team to meet R&D production, quality goals, and objectives. Provide complete, timely, and informative communication to all shifts. Ensure that R&D schedule is followed and contribute to all teams achieving monthly R&D project schedules and quality goals.
Shift - Monday through Friday, 6am to 2:30pm
Salary Range: $26 to 40/hr depending on skills and experience.
