Qualifications

• Experience operating a forklift.
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook.
• Experience in Logistics, Quality and/or Assembly.
• Ability to follow standard work and use standard logistics tools.
• Ability to work overtime.
• Prior leadership experience.
• Understanding of basic Supply Chain Principles.
• ILC Ordering and Auditing Experience.
• Time management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, oversee and monitor activities within a factory function such as Assembly, Logistics and Quality.
• Maintain CPS principles of 5S, Continuous Improvement Idea Reporting, Waste Elimination, and Standard Work.
• Train new and develop existing employees.
• Liaison between team members and section managers.
• First point of contact for questions related to employee functions.
• Performance of administrative functions and daily PQVC metric boards.
• May provide input on schedule/build adjustments.
• May communicate with cross-functional leaders.
• Identify inventory or manpower issues and propose solutions.
