Job summary

Caterpillar Inc. is seeking an assembler in Clayton, NC to follow documented procedures, safely assemble parts, and ensure defect-free production. The role applies lean manufacturing concepts to improve processes and uses power tools and lifting devices for assembly.

minimum 9 months experience preferred. Shift: 1st shift, Full Time; hours 6:00 am–4:30 pm Mon-Thu with overtime on Fridays. Compensation includes benefits and a potential quarterly bonus.
