Job summary

Starting pay is $25.10/hour with potential quarterly bonus and comprehensive Day ONE benefits. The job requires forklift experience, MS Word/Excel/Outlook proficiency, and prior leadership exposure.

Qualifications

• Must have some forklift experience and operate safely.
• Intermediate proficiency in Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Prior Logistics, Quality and/or Assembly experience.
• Ability to follow standard work and use standard tools.
• Prior leadership experience and team development skills.
• Strong time management and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, oversee and monitor activities within a factory function such as Assembly, Logistics and Quality.
• Lead and train team members, develop existing employees and liaise with section managers.
• Use standard logistics tools, manage schedules and communicate deadlines.
• Ensure safety, quality and productivity while meeting PQVC metrics.
• Communicate inventory or manpower issues and provide solutions.
