INFUSE is seeking a strategic and growth-oriented Team Lead, Learning and Development to join our fast-paced, global team. You will guide the Instructional Design team, coordinate timelines, manage approvals, and drive collaboration with stakeholders across departments.

You will shape self-paced, AI-powered learning experiences, translate plans into actionable tasks, and mentor team members while delivering impactful education that aligns with business goals.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in a mid-/senior-level ID role within L&D.
• At least 1 year in team coordination, leadership, or project management.
• Experience with AI tools and GPTs is highly advantageous.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills are essential.

Responsabilités

• Plan learning design projects with instructional designers and ensure timelines and deliverables are met.
• Translate project plans into clear task lists and monitor progress.
• Serve as main contact for other teams and stakeholders, nurturing relationships.
• Organize and track project approvals and reviews to keep workflows moving.
• Support people management by assigning projects based on skills and capacity.
• Develop and manage a limited number of your own e-learning projects.
• Contribute to training launches and craft engaging messaging for internal and client audiences.
• Assist in process improvements to scale INFUSE Academy operations.
