Job summary

INFUSE North America is seeking a creative and strategic Instructional Designer to craft impactful learning experiences that blend digital and human interaction. In this role, you will partner with subject matter experts and stakeholders to design modern, engaging programs for adult professionals—leveraging evidence-based instructional design and AI techniques.

You will apply andragogy, design blended learning solutions, and prototype AI-enabled tools.

Qualifications

• Background in instructional design and AI implementation.
• Understanding of LLM capabilities and limitations (GPT-4).
• Ability to prototype and configure custom GPTs for learning solutions.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with SMEs and stakeholders to design blended learning programs.
• Apply andragogy and evidence-based instructional design principles.
• Design and curate blended learning using eLearning, self-paced modules, and virtual sessions.
• Ensure content accessibility and relevance across delivery modes.
• Leverage generative AI tools, including custom GPT deployment, for learning.
• Manage project timelines and communications for learning initiatives.
