Job summary

Taylor Corporation in Duluth, GA is seeking a Team Lead – Kitting & Fulfillment for the 2nd shift. You will lead a 6–10 person team, coordinate daily production activities, assign work, and ensure orders are completed accurately and on schedule.

Ideal candidates have manufacturing/warehouse experience and demonstrated leadership. You may own onboarding, coaching, and cross-department coordination while maintaining quality and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing, warehouse operations, fulfillment, pick/pack, shipping, inventory, or related production environment.
• Proven leadership ability coordinating work, training employees, leading projects, or supporting team operations.
• Ability to direct employees, manage priorities, and keep work moving through the shift.
• Strong communication with employees, supervisors, and other departments.
• Ability to adapt to changing production needs and maintain quality.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate daily activities for a team of 6–10 employees in kitting and fulfillment operations.
• Assign work, establish priorities, and monitor progress to ensure on-time orders.
• Provide daily direction, coaching, training, and support to team members.
• Monitor staffing and workload, adjust assignments to meet production needs.
• Communicate job requirements, deadlines, and quality expectations to employees.
• Identify and resolve issues with materials, inventory, workflow, or delays.
• Ensure safety, cleanliness, and organized work environment.
• Assist with hands-on kitting, packaging, and fulfillment tasks as needed.
• Provide updates to management on production progress and staffing.
