Job summary

McLane Company, Inc. is seeking a Team Leader in Inventory (JR112043) in Utah to drive warehouse productivity as a direct floor leader. You will verify quantities, manage product flow, and coordinate labor on a Mon-Fri 3pm–11:30pm schedule with a safety-focused culture.

This full-time role offers $24.50 per hour plus benefits starting after 60 days, vacation time, sick leave accrual from day one, and paid holidays after 90 days. McLane emphasizes training, technology, and people-centered values.

Qualifications

• Age 18 or older.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• 1+ year distribution warehouse experience including operation of reach truck, pallet jack, and forklift.
• Supervisory experience.
• Basic computer skills.
• Ability to read, write, and understand English at job-related level.

Responsibilities

• Verify and record quantity, identity, availability, and condition of product; research out-of-stocks, shortages, and replenishment issues.
• Select, pull, sort, and stack product using power equipment or by hand.
• Shrink-wrap and label outgoing orders and remove shrink wrap from incoming orders.
• Coordinate warehouse labor (e.g., start of shift, vacation, and sick calls).
• This position has additional duties; special projects may be assigned.

The Team Leader promotes and maintains warehouse productivity and efficiencies by working as a direct floor leader.
