Job summary

Batgroup ищет старшего DevOps-инженера для поддержки инфраструктуры на AWS, проектирования CI/CD и автоматизаций, с фокусом на безопасность и масштабируемость.

Работа удаленная с гибким графиком (центральные часы CET), офис в Варшаве/Лиссабоне/Лаузанне по запросу, современные инструменты и возможность роста в компании, которая ставит сотрудников в центр процесса.

Qualifications

• 4+ лет практического DevOps-опыта.
• Коммерческий опыт Kubernetes, желательно EKS.
• Откровенный опыт AWS (или другого крупного облака) и готовность развивать AWS
• Доказанный опыт CI/CD-автоматизации (GitHub Actions или аналог).
• Экспертиза наблюдаемости с ELK Stack или аналогами.
• Мышление в области безопасности и соответствия требованиям.
• Умение читать и разбирать существующий код и конфигурации.
• Способность ясно общаться как с техниками, так и с нетехническими коллегами.
• Лидерство через влияние и пример, стремление развивать команду.
• Адаптивность и любознательность к новым инструментам и технологиям.
• Ответственность и высокий стандарт качества и надежности.
• Свободное владение английским языком (B2 и выше).
• Опыт разработчиком ПО будет плюсом.
• Знакомство с TeamCity, Helm и Terragrunt
• Опыт работы с OpenTelemetry, Grafana или Prometheus
• Опыт работы с очередями сообщений (RabbitMQ, AWS SQS/SNS)
• Опыт с Fastlane для мобильных приложений
• Базовые знания PHP, JavaScript/TypeScript или Python

• Design, maintain, and extend robust CI/CD pipelines
• Build automations and tooling that make engineering teams more productive

Требования

• 4+ years of hands-on DevOps experience
• Commercial experience with Kubernetes, ideally EKS
• Solid experience with AWS (or another major cloud provider with a strong willingness to master AWS)
• Proven track record with CI/CD automation, specifically GitHub Actions or similar tools
• Observability expertise, working with the ELK Stack or similar tracing and logging solutions
• Cloud security and compliance mindset, with a strong focus on secure architecture
• Code & script literacy: ability to read, understand, and debug existing application code and configurations
• Problem-solving drive: ability to break down complex technical issues and deliver simple, clean, and maintainable solutions
• You communicate clearly: able to advise both technical and non-technical team members with ease
• You lead by influence and example, helping to level up the engineers around you
• You are adaptable and curious: quick to pick up new tools, paradigms, and emerging technologies
• You take ownership: dedicated to solving root causes and upholding high standards of quality and reliability
• Fluent English (B2 or higher), as it is our primary working language

• Familiarity with TeamCity, Helm, and/or Terragrunt
• Familiarity with OpenTelemetry, Grafana, or Prometheus
• Experience with message queues (RabbitMQ, AWS SQS/SNS)
• Experience with Fastlane for mobile app (iOS/Android) automation
• Basic working knowledge of PHP, JavaScript/TypeScript, or Python
