Job summary

Maker's Pride in Ohio is seeking a Shift Lead to guide and train production employees on the assigned line and to coordinate quality checks.

You will assign plant operations during the shift, meet production schedules, maintain employee and product safety, and support lean manufacturing practices. The role requires 2 years of manufacturing experience and strong leadership, communication, and multi-tasking abilities.

Proficiency with MS Office and SAP is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Fundamental understanding of Lean Manufacturing.

Hours Of Operation

Monday through Friday + Overtime/Weekends

Panama Shift Pattern (2-2-3)

2nd Shift:

1:00PM to 10:00PM

A/B Crew:

6:00AM to 6:00PM

C/D Crew:

6:00PM to 6:00AM

Job Summary
