Job summary

Maker's Pride, LLC is seeking a Team Lead I - Packaging for the 2nd shift to guide and train production employees on the packaging line and coordinate quality checks. The role requires directing 12-40 staff, ensuring safety and adherence to production targets, while maintaining accurate paperwork and corrective actions.

Hours are Monday–Friday with overtime and weekend work; shifts include 2nd shift from 1:00 PM to 10:00 PM, with A/B & C/D crew rotations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 2 years of manufacturing experience.
• Fundamental understanding of Lean Manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Lead and train 12-40 employees on the production line.
• Maintain employee and product safety.
• Ensure production and quality standards.
• Monitor usages and paperwork.
