Job summary

Eliot Community Human Services, Inc. in Northampton, MA is seeking a Team Lead for the CSP-HI to oversee outreach and case management for homelessness, coordinating with community agencies and health providers to meet housing and health needs.

The ideal candidate has a Master’s degree in social work or related field, at least two years of direct experience with underserved populations and one year in supervision, valid driver’s license, and clinical credentials preferred.

Qualifications

• Requires a Master’s degree in social work, counseling, psychology, nursing, or another closely related field.
• At least two years direct experience with underserved populations and at least one year of managerial experience.
• Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Clinical license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support the Director of CSP-HI Services with clinical and administrative oversight of CSP-HI Services including program growth/expansion.
• Provide onboarding support and training to new hires related to policies, procedures and best practices.
• Provide real-time guidance, consultation and consistent weekly supervision to assigned Housing First Coordinators and Recovery Coaches – including side-by-side experiential learning in the field.
• Provide comprehensive assessment and triage of incoming CSP-HI referrals.
• Liaise with internal/external partners regarding service needs and risk.
