Eliot Community Human Services in Massachusetts is seeking a Team Lead for CSP-HI to supervise clinical teams delivering housing-first and recovery services to unhoused populations. The role emphasizes leadership, supervision, and program growth within a mission-driven setting.

Qualifications

• Requires Master’s degree in social work, counseling, psychology, nursing, or a closely related field.
• At least two years direct experience with underserved populations and at least one year of managerial experience.
• Demonstrated ability to identify and access community resources.

Responsibilities

• Support the Director of CSP-HI Services with clinical and administrative oversight of CSP-HI Services including program growth/expansion.
• Provide onboarding support and training to new hires related to policies, procedures and best practices.
• Provide real-time guidance, consultation and consistent weekly supervision to assigned Housing First Coordinators and Recovery Coaches.
• Provide comprehensive assessment and triage of incoming CSP-HI referrals.
• Liaise with internal/external partners regarding service needs and risk.
