Job summary

Tidal Wave Auto Spa is hiring a Team Leader to help manage daily operations at our Texas location. You will lead a fast-paced team, deliver friendly service, and support the management team in opening/closing duties. This role offers weekly commissions and room for advancement in a growing national brand.

Qualifications

• Friendly, responsible and reliable attitude required.
• Ability to stand for long hours.
• Willingness to work in all weather conditions.
• Drug screen and background check required per state guidelines.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly & enthusiastic customer service.
• Assist in opening and closing the facility.
• Enroll customers in our Unlimited Car Wash Club.
• Prep vehicles before they go through the tunnel.
• Safely guide customers onto the tunnel conveyor.
• Assist in regular maintenance of all equipment.
• Maintain the facility, including landscape maintenance & pressure washing.
