Job description

Position Overview

This position works closely with the Department Manager(s) or Store Manager to receive, price, and stock merchandise to meet the needs of the store's customers and drive sales and profits.

Responsibilities include assisting Team Members with completing their tasks, providing appropriate training and ongoing compliance education, and acting as the leader on duty in the absence of the Store Manager.

The role also involves opening and closing the store and ensuring the safety and security of all bookstore property and team members.
